The Wedge commemorates the path and development of life; beginning with a narrow view, a broader line of vision is gained over time; the power of learning. The Mound celebrates the highest point of Macon held by the Mercer Law School; education, intellect and justice are the common ground. The Stone Wall with a metal rail represents the earth, the river’s edge and the railroad.
