Cooper Carry is the architect for the new Northside Medical Office Building located in Midtown, Atlanta GA. The project is an urban mixed-use medical office facility with five floors of specialized medical office providers including an Ambulatory Surgical Center. The medical office floors are situated above structured parking and street-level medical services including a Northside Urgent Care Center and a specialized Oncology Center. User amenities include a fitness center, a coffee shop, and a pharmacy. The project is parked at a medical office standard of 5/1000 within a 7 level structured parking facility composed of both cast-in-place and precast structural parking systems.
