Multi-Purpose Space

A large community room would be pulled to the exterior ground level of the building. By moving the assembly room and pre-function space to the street and adjacent or connected to a co-working lab or community library, we would begin to activate the neighborhood and draw a larger community in for events, dining, and activity. These spaces would double as a community room, community theater, exhibit space, pop up markets and events, private dining room, and event space. All ages and user types would have access to this space.
