Mylan Corporate Campus & Town Center Master Plan

Cooper Carry collaborated with Mylan to master plan and create an integrated design for a new work, live, play community in a mixed-use center south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With Mylan Pharmaceutical’s 280,000 SF global headquarters as the anchor, the Southpointe Town Center was designed to accommodate the company’s employees and attract locals and visitors alike.

As a strategic part of Mylan’s plan to transform their workplace, the building site provides their employees access to all the new amenities of the Town Center – including heath club, coffee shop, dining and housing. The Town Center also provides green space that employees and visitors can use as a casual meeting place.
