North Springs Charter High School Renovation

The North Springs Charter High School project involves the renovation of the existing 271,170 square foot facility and the construction of a 3,580 square foot addition at the school’s primary entrance. Renovation work to the existing facility included a range of scope pertaining to site features, building envelope refurbishment, interior renovations and MEP/FP system upgrades. To the building’s envelope, the project concentrated on replacing the majority of the schools roofing systems. The scope also involved the refurbishment of the existing student restrooms throughout the facility and modifying their layout to comply with current accessibility standards. Other measures were incorporated in the renovation to improve performance of the building’s MEP and Fire Protection systems.
