Located along historic Royal Palm Way, the hotel blends Mediterranean-inspired elegance with contemporary sophistication and was recognized by Wallpaper magazine as one of the most enticing hotel openings of 2024.

Originally a collection of connected motels joined by a lobby in the early 2000s, the property sat vacant for years. Cooper Carry’s design unifies the site into a seamless hospitality experience with 79 rooms and suites that reflect the charm and grandeur of Palm Beach.

Architectural Innovation & Luxury Enhancements

The transformation includes several key design interventions:

• Elevator and Stair Reconstruction: A new elevator tower replaces the original circulation core, creating space for a dramatic two-story Presidential Suite and providing unobstructed views through the lobby.
• Pool Redesign: The pool deck is sunken and reshaped into a private grotto-style retreat, enhancing privacy for ground-floor rooms.
• Reimagined Entry Sequence: The main entrance is restructured to offer a clear line of sight from the front door to the pool deck while ensuring full accessibility.
• Balcony and Façade Enhancements: A new balcony over the porte cochere reinforces the hotel’s Mediterranean identity and refined scale.
• Interior Upgrades: All plumbing, drywall, and finishes are replaced throughout the building, complemented by natural materials and custom woodwork.
