This mixed-use development focuses on the densification of an existing 20-acre office park originally designed by Cooper Carry in the late 1970s. The office park is situated inside the Atlanta perimeter with direct adjacency to a MARTA transit station. Our goal was to free up land by introducing structured parking and then adding additional uses.  Phase I involves a new six-level structural precast parking deck with 700 spaces and horizontal expansion for future offices, as well as a direct pedestrian connection to MARTA, and a new, nine-story high end extended stay hotel designed by the Cooper Carry Hospitality Studio and situated on one of the freed up surface parking areas. Phase II will include a four-building restaurant village fronting Lake Hearn where a 2-story office building used to stand. The village will have a shared urban plaza. This phase also includes a new eight-story office building over the deck. Phase III will feature a new multifamily project designed by Dwell Design Studio. All phases will be completed while maintaining full operations in the three existing office buildings on the property (buildings A, C and D). The project, now renamed Altmore, also features a new interior road through the development that has a multi-use trail alongside it to create interconnectivity and a more walkable, bike friendly environment.

Phase I was completed in 2021 and Phase II is now underway.
