Restaurant + Bar

Pulling the primary restaurant and bar for the Senior Living community down to a shared lobby would allow for people watching inside the restaurant and the lobby as well as the street level. This would be open to the public and have extended hours, sidewalk entrances and street and park dining, enhancing the social and community connectivity.
