The Mercato

Naples, FL

Located in the beautiful resort City of Naples, Florida, the Mercato is a half-million-square-foot, vertical mixed-use development consisting of office, retail, residential, theater, and parking facilities in 12 multi-level buildings designed and constructed in a multi-phased approach. The architectural design focuses on a mix of glass, stone, stucco, and metal in an elegant modern expression. National and local retailers line a pedestrian friendly shopping artery anchored by a national bookseller and Whole Foods Market at one end, and a second level luxury theater showing a combination of first run and art films at the other end.
