The Offices at Broadwest

Nashville, TN

Broadwest is a 1.2 million-square-foot, pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use development in Nashville’s vibrant Midtown neighborhood. As a nod to its location where Broadway and West End Avenue splits, Broadwest is defined by two glass towers. The first tower spans 21 stories and offers 500,000 rentable square feet (RSF) of Class AA office space with 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling glass throughout and abundant daylight inside for tenants. The contemporary style of the office features modern lighting and décor, and the office spaces are designed with flexibility at the core.

Dining options are available at the street level of the first tower, which connects to a spacious 1.5-acre plaza flanked by a 3.5-story, 125,000 RSF flex building with retail and additional office space. Office tower tenants can easily enjoy lunch al fresco along the plaza or at one of the several eateries in the adjacent tower.

The second tower, stretching to 34 stories, is home to the four-star Conrad Hotel and the Residences at Broadwest. This allows office tenants to comfortably accommodate out-of-town visitors for meetings, and the tower includes additional meeting space for events.

Office workers can rejoice at the ample parking available at Broadwest, with its 2,500-space underground parking garage while also having easy access to multimodal options. As they walk into their office, they are greeted by expansive views of Nashville’s landmarks, including the State Capitol building to the east, Music Row to the south, and Vanderbilt University’s campus to the west. The style and amenities truly make being at the office a pleasurable experience.
