Cooper Carry designed a mixed-use development that includes two prominent Class A office buildings and structured parking along N. Glebe Road in Arlington, VA.

At the Virginia Tech Research Center Foundation (900 N. Glebe Road), the client’s programmatic goals were to generate a highly visible, state of-the-art facility offering great opportunity for partnerships with corporate research entities and government agencies. 800 N. Glebe Road is a 10-story, trophy, mixed-use office building with 316,677 SF of Class A office space and 535 below-grade parking spaces. A sweeping 10-story curtainwall façade made of three glass “sails” accentuates the amazing sight lines down the primary arteries of N. Glebe Road and Wilson Boulevard in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington, VA. This project achieved LEED Gold certification.
