The design study created by Cooper Carry represents the firm’s vision to transform Willets Point into a distinctive international livable community that fosters seamless connections between surrounding communities and future development of the area in order to provide the best of the city, the region and the world.

We have envisioned a mixed-use community comprised of apartments and condominiums, culture and the arts, retail and entertainment, office and hotel. These uses will be layered upon a network of pedestrian-friendly streets and parkland that weaves throughout the development offering the resident and the visitor a delightful place to live, work, play, shop, and learn.
