Society Atlanta is a 31-story mixed-use high-rise designed by Cooper Carry. Redefining urban living in Midtown Atlanta, the project blends 460 market-rate apartments, 75,000 square feet of Class A office space, 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and over 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities into one vertically integrated urban community.

The project brings new energy to Midtown Atlanta, one of the city’s most walkable, transit-connected neighborhoods.

A Lifestyle Built for Flexibility

Society Atlanta is designed for today’s renters—those seeking a vibrant, connected lifestyle with built-in support for work and wellness.

  • Coworking-focused amenities include 16 private offices, conference rooms, and shared lounges
  • A Rent-by-Bedroom program offers furnished three-bedroom suites with individual leases and split utilities
  • Residential units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, spa-inspired bathrooms, and smart home technology

Residents also enjoy a fully equipped fitness center, hot tub, social lounges, and a skyline pool deck anchored by an event-ready turf lawn used for group fitness, music, and more.

Urban Design with Intent

Society Atlanta stands out in the Midtown skyline for both its form and functionality.

  • Two floors of office space (levels 6–7) are situated above retail and below residential areas, offering separate access and private terraces.
  • Ground-floor retail with covered outdoor dining activates Peachtree Street.
  • Parking is reduced by over 50% of the zoning maximum and concealed behind patterned precast panels, uplighting, and glazing.
  • A striking black metal staircase forms the sculptural centerpiece of the residential lobby.

Replacing a former surface parking lot, Society Atlanta reclaims and redefines the site with high-impact density and architectural presence.
