Spanning three buildings along the Cumberland River, the community combines sophisticated interiors, outdoor gathering spaces, and neighborhood connections to create an elevated yet welcoming residential experience.

Cooper Carry provided architecture and interior design services, establishing a cohesive design vision that balances classic architectural character with modern simplicity. Inspired by the understated beauty of Parisian interiors, the design celebrates craftsmanship, natural materials, and refined detailing while embracing the comfort and functionality of modern living.

A Riverfront Escape in the City

The development’s three-building arrangement embraces its riverfront setting while creating opportunities for outdoor recreation and neighborhood connectivity. Two buildings front the Cumberland River, offering residents views of the surrounding landscape and access to nearby outdoor amenities.

The community features a resident pool, elevated courtyards, viewing deck, public dog park, and outdoor gathering areas. A public promenade between two of the buildings connects to the Gateway walking trail, improving pedestrian access and strengthening the development’s relationship with the surrounding neighborhood.

A Modern Parisian Approach to Interior Design

The interiors reinterpret traditional Parisian design through a contemporary lens, pairing elegant architectural details with clean lines and modern silhouettes. Tall ceilings, decorative millwork, soft curves, and timeless proportions create a refined foundation, while natural wood, layered textiles, and subtle patterns introduce warmth, texture, and depth.
