Located at Division Street and 6th Avenue, Modera SoBro is a two-phase multifamily development in the heart of Nashville. Phase one delivers a five-over-two complex with more than 400 units, while phase two replaces a massive warehouse with a high-rise of over 700 units. Together, both phases yield a combined 1.1 million square feet, including 44,859 square feet of amenity and residential services space.
The interior design exudes luxury through a refined palette of brown, cream, maroon, and blue. Geometric forms add visual interest to upholsteries, sofas, and rugs, while sleek furnishings and custom-designed lighting distinguish the public spaces from anything else in the area. Residents can also choose from multiple interior color palettes in their units, allowing them to select a look that fits their personality.
Modera SoBro is designed for how people actually live and work. Co-working spaces offer both private individual pods and long marble communal tables for collaboration.
