Modera SoBro

Nashville, TN

Located on Division Street and 6th Avenue, the first phase of Modera SoBro is a five-over-two, multifamily complex with more than 400 units. The dynamic façade will add interest on this major Nashville thoroughfare. The second phase will replace a massive warehouse, providing a high-rise development with more than 700 units. Both phases will yield a combined 1.1 million square feet, including 44,859 square feet of amenity and residential services space.

The interior design exudes luxury, with masculine tones such as brown, cream, maroon, and blue. Geometric forms add a dynamic interest to the upholsteries, including sofas and rugs. Sleek furnishings and custom-designed lighting differentiate the public areas from other competitors in the area. Multiple interior color palettes are provided in the units to offer future residents the choice of design to fit their personalities.

Amenities include co-working spaces with both individual pods for privacy and long marble tables for communal working and socializing. A clubhouse with a bar and lounge, outdoor pool, dog park, fitness center, and an indoor/outdoor rooftop lounge with city views are also planned for the community.
