Rosslyn City Center Renovation

The Rosslyn City Center renovation focused on creating retail spaces that would give community residents and commuters to and from the DC area a reason to stop and stay for a while.

The 110,000-square-foot renovation reimagined the existing façade with a contemporary and vibrant metal panel and curtain wall system. The tenant spaces were reorganized to accommodate a state-of-the-art Gold’s Gym as well as an upscale new food hall dubbed Assembly.

Rosslyn City Center is located above the metro station, providing commuters access to DC and Northern Virginia. The addition of amenities just enhances the secure and comfortable experience. As part of the city repositioning of Rosslyn in Arlington County, VA, the new facility activates the street and enriches the community, providing a space for community events and social activities.
