State Street Graduate Apartments

The design of the State Street Graduate Apartments for private developer Peakmade in downtown Ithaca, near Cornell University, was influenced by its geography. The elongated apartments sit within a tight urban site on a steep terrain, with Six Mile Creek on one side and downtown Ithaca on the other.

The complex features 373 units, ranging from studios to one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. All apartments have bed-bath parity to ensure the comfort and privacy of residents. The facilities include raised outdoor courtyards, common areas, a fitness center, and an enclosed parking deck with 238 parking spaces located under the west wing of the project.
