Oglethorpe University Campus Plan

Cooper Carry collaborated with Oglethorpe University to create a 10-year master plan for the campus. The plan aimed to provide high-quality classrooms, laboratories, and student life facilities, as well as a safer, more connected, and pedestrian-friendly campus to accommodate future growth.

Our team thoroughly assessed the university's current facilities and analyzed utilization data to develop a vision for the campus's future. We identified facility needs and recommended options for renovation, expansion, or construction of new facilities, as well as adaptive reuse of existing spaces.

Master Plan Results:

• Identified priority projects for the next five years and the long term.
• Identified ADA deficiencies and infrastructure improvements.
• Identified development opportunities.
• Developed concept designs to support fundraising and capital planning efforts.
• Designed and constructed the Cousins Center for Science and Innovation.
