The Foundry, Office to Residential Conversion
This adaptive reuse project transformed a former government office building into 520 apartment units. The residential facility incorporates 716,000 GSF of residential, 25,000 SF of retail and parking into the existing structure. The project provides an amenity-rich environment for residents. In addition to popular amenities such as a three-level gym, outdoor pool deck and an entertaining area, the building offers unique amenity spaces including a gaming area with a sports bar, pet run and spa, and an offering of workshop areas providing residents a space outside of their own to collaborate and create.
The building is designed to achieve LEED certification.
