Whole Foods Chase Corner

Cooper Carry designed The New Chase Corner Shopping Center in Montgomery, Alabama for Aronov Realty Management. Traditional design principles were used in the scheme, articulated by the use of brick, metal and synthetic stucco. These design elements along with storefront awnings, canopies, signage and specialty lighting add color, dimension, and liveliness to the building façades.

The Center consists of a 40,000-square-foot Whole Foods store at the intersection of Taylor Road and Interstate 85 in east Montgomery. In addition to Whole Foods Market, Chase Corner Shopping Center retail building is one story and has 14,000 SF of GLA. Stores and restaurants including Jared Fine Jewelry, Pieology Pizzeria, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Hollywood Feed natural and holistic pet food and supplies, Lee Spa Nails, Outback Steakhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings. The Center opened in 2016.
