The Latest Nashville Mixed-Use Development

Broadwest is a two-tower mixed-use development on a four-acre site in midtown Nashville, TN. The first tower is a 21-story, 500,000-square-foot, Class AA office building. The second 34-story tower features a 234-room luxury Conrad Hotel and 196 high-end condominiums. The two towers are connected by a three-story, 125,000-square-foot office and retail building. The site also features a 1.5-acre park in the center, as well as 2,500 below-grade parking spaces.
