Springline at District 60

Chesterfield County, VA

Springline is the newest development of Chesterfield County, located in heart of District 60, a new vibrant, mixed-use area. Our Urban Design + Planning Studio is designing this new urban village, which will feature walking and biking trails, wide streetscapes, and structured parking to promote walkability, safety, and convenience. With an ice rink onsite as well as retail, food and beverage, and residential, the property is designed to offer both quiet, serene areas and bustling, celebratory streets.

After a six-month long intensive branding process, our Branding Studio decided on the name Springline at District 60 to celebrate the historic springs of Chesterfield County. The Springline brand is a clean and modern logotype with a minimalist mark incorporated to represent the spring waters. It offers a vibrant and versatile color palette to further maximize the brand.

Springline is the vibrant, walkable heart of District 60 that offers activity, accessibility, and community, and will become the area’s go-to destination to drive to, not through.
