The Bowl at Ballantyne

Charlotte, NC

Comprising 20 acres in south Charlotte, The Bowl at Ballantyne is a mixed-use complex of multifamily, dining, retail, office, and entertainment offerings. Accessibility and access to nature are major goals of this project. A new pedestrian bridge connects people from the park to dining and retail, located at the Stream Park Pavilion, which we also designed. Six new roads add increased connectivity to the space. This includes two roads that will extend to North Community House Road. Opening in 2023, this project will bring a main street feel to the burgeoning area.

505Design at Cooper Carry served as the architect of record for seven retail shell buildings in the Bowl as well as for the Stream Park Pavilion, and provided design architecture services for the residential ground floor retail. This project was designed in collaboration with LandDesign.
